Relais Villa Petrischio (RVP) is a Tuscan destination resort offering 18 full-service rooms artistically appointed within the property’s unique historic buildings occupying a three-acre green park. The Relais is quietly nestled among towering pines, fragrant flower gardens, vineyards, and olive trees in the heart of Tuscany. The location is atop the highest hill between Cortona and Montepulciano halfway between Florence and Rome.

Restored in 2004, the Relais Villa Petrischio maintains original architectural features dating from the early 18th century. The villa accommodations and public areas offer bold arches, fireplaces, wood beam ceilings, and Tuscan-style 19th century furniture and antiques. The 18 rooms, each named after a mythical female personality, are all different from one another, and furnished with valuable antiques.

Each room features Tuscan brick arches, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and access to the expansive green park and swimming pool. The pool is very pleasant for swimming as well as a setting for lunch and dinner where you can view sunsets across the valley to the west.
